Though ImageRocket.net is continously monitoring the types of images uploaded to our servers, ImageRocket.net is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.

You acknowledge and agree that ImageRocket.net will not be responsible for any failure in service availability, file deletion, file corruption or loss of data.

You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall ImageRocket.net be liable to anyone or anything for indirect damages, or for loss of goodwill or profits, work stoppage, data loss, computer failure or malfunction, or for exemplary or punitive damages.
